I read this article that was talking about how crude oil prices are at their all time highs today in New York and Europe. Europe is trying to find solutions to their huge problem of gas prices and one of their options is to switch gas burning power plants to coal.This may seem like a good idea to many, but today in class we had a discussion about how polluted Europe is. If they would put coal in the plants it would increase pollution a great deal.
